The Girls Shred Session on 15.03.2026 is meant to serve as inspiration and a platform where ladies of all ages come together to conquer the park, make progress, and simply feel comfortable in the park.
United female power is not to be underestimated – in addition to many learnings, the Girls Shred Sessions are also about making new connections and friends for life.

On the day itself, we start together with a functional warm-up, then proceed directly into smaller groups with coaching. You will have access to professional female coaches – and the rule is: “Don’t be shy, we’re here to help!” From the first steps in the park to more complex tricks: the coaches are there to advise and assist, can give demos, and support your freestyle experience.

We all know that it takes many hours to refine tricks, but with relevant and personal tips, development often accelerates. Individual and effective feedback, patience, and a supportive community are the keys to success.

Look forward to really good vibes and step-by-step progression as you learn new tricks safely and with motivation in the park. A professional media team will be there to capture all exciting moments and highlights, which can later be shared with your support crew and the online world.

Participation Conditions

The participation in the Girls Shred Sessions is free! All you need for the day on the mountain is a valid lift ticket. There are no special requirements, but you should at least be able to get from the lift to the park without issues.
